Current situation and solutions for the development of health human resources in Vietnam

Abstract
The medical profession is a special profession. Health workers have to meet professional and ethical requirements. They also have to be trained and employed specially, and they need to receive special benefits. By analyzing the current quality of health human resources in Vietnam, this paper proposes some solutions for the development of health human resources in Vietnam in the coming time.
