Factors affecting the work motivation of employees working at the Customs Department of Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

This study explores the factors affecting the work motivation of employees working at the Customs Department of Ho Chi Minh City. The study’s theoretical basis is based on the results of previous studies. By using the exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis, the study finds out that there are three factors affecting the work motivation of employees, including working environment, training creation and promotion and job stability.
