Factors affecting the productivity of employees working at CMI Co., Ltd in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

This study explores the factors affecting the productivity of employees working at CMI Co., Ltd in Ho Chi Minh City. The study’s theoretical basis is based on the results of previous studies. By using the exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis, the study finds out that there are five factors affecting the productivity of CMI Co., Ltd’s employees, including: supervisor's feedback, support from organization, competitive psychology, adaptability and work motivation.
