Solutions to enhacne the satisfaction of travelers with Buu Long Tourist Area, Dong Nai province

Abstract
This study is to explore various aspects of the theoretical basis system of factors affecting the satisfaction of tourists visiting Buu Long Tourist Area. These factors are service quality, destination image, price and social value. The study also assesses the satisfaction of travelers with Buu Long Tourist Area in order to propose solutions to enhance the satisfaction. Both qualitative method and quantitative method are used to conduct this study. The qualitative method is used to find out the factors affecting the satisfaction of toursits, and to adjust the study’s questionnaire to suit the study’s objectives. Meanwhile, the quantitative method is used to analyze primary data obtained via survey. The collected data is synthesized and processed by SPSS Statistics 23.0 to determine the impact level of each researched factors on the satisfaction of travelers with Buu Long Tourist Area.
