Factors affecting the intention of consumers to purchase petroleum products at petrol stations

Abstract

This study reviews researches on the factors affecting the intention of consumers to purchase petroleum products in some countries and reviews some related surveys in Vietnam. The study finds out that the differences in the intention of consumers to purchase petroleum products are due to the differences in each surveyed country, such as the price of petroleum products. Some factors affecting the intention of consumers to purchase petroleum products at petrol station are: service, brand image, location, price, product type, quality of service, management of service, convenience, speed of service, promotion, types of services, and service time.
