Many enterprises have realized that project management is crucial to their business growth and competitive advantage. One of the factors that make project managers successful is the ability of managing project risks. This paper presents a theoretical overview of project risk management, compares risk to uncertainty, and compares risk management and project risk management with project risk management process. This paper is expected to help Vietnamese enterprises reduce their project risks and improve their project management.
