The social responsibility of higher education institutions from the student's perception

Abstract

This study clarifies the theoretical basis of social responsibility (CSR) of higher education institutions and analyzes the relationship between the institution’s CSR implementation and achieved results through the student’s satisfaction. 428 valid responses are collected, and descriptive statistics, EFA, and CFA analysis techniques are employed to test the proposed research model.
