Improving the capital mobilization capacity of commercial banks in Vietnam

Abstract

This study analyzes the factors affecting customers' decision to choose a bank to do transactions. Based on the study’s findings, some policy recommendations are made to help commercial banks in Vietnam better attract and retain clients with deposits in order to create a foundation for banks to scale-up their businesses and improve their business stablility. Transaction bank, thereby giving policy suggestions to attract and retain deposits better, creating a foundation for commercial banks in Vietnam of improving the scale, stability and especially the cost of this important raising capital.
