A study on the employee satisfaction at Plummy Hanoi Garment Joint Venture Company

This study determines the factors of employee satisfaction that affect the work performance of employees at Plummy Hanoi Garment Joint Venture Company. This study proposes a research model consisting of six factors, namely: job arrangement, salary and benefits, working environment and conditions, training and promotion opportunities, job performance evaluation and achievement recognition, and information and communication. Methods of collecting secondary and primary data are proposed. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and SPSS 23.0 are used to analyze collected data. This study is to provide information to help managers of Plummy Hanoi Garment Joint Venture Company to understand the current satisfaction of its employees and factors affecting the employee satisfaction. The study also proposes some solutions to enhance the employee satisfaction at the company in the coming years.
