Ảnh hưởng của phong cách lãnh đạo chuyên quyền đến sự sáng tạo: Tác động trung gian của động lực nội tại và hành vi chia sẻ tri thức

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này nhằm phân tích tác động của phong cách lãnh đạo chuyên quyền đối với sự sáng tạo thông qua việc sử dụng phương pháp phân tích định lượng và phân tích mô hình cấu trúc bình phương nhỏ nhất từng phần (PLS-SEM). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, phong cách lãnh đạo chuyên quyền có ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến sự sáng tạo thông qua tác động trung gian của các biến số, gồm: động lực nội tại và hành vi chia sẻ tri thức.
