Requirements posed to Vietnamese higher education institutions in the context of Industry 4.0

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) has changed the business environment, sectors and labor market, gradually eliminating repetitive jobs and entirely replacing these jobs with machines. However, the demand for high-skilled and creative human resources to perform complex jobs and control machines has increased. This paper points out the requirements posed to Vietnamese higher education institutions in the context of Industry 4.0.
