Attracting investment for the development of health workforce in Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract
The Communist Party of Vietnam, the Government of Vietnam, and social organizations always have paid attention to the human resource development, especially health human resources development. By analyzing the current expenditures on the development of health human resources in Ho Chi Minh City over the past years, this paper points out achieved results and existing shortcomings. Based on the paper’s findings, some policy recommendations are made to facilitate the expenditure on the development of health human resources in the coming time.
