Impacts of the information quality and the decision-making culture on the information usage at Vietnamese textile and garment enterprises
Published: July 31, 2026
Abstract
If information is not already used for the decision-making process, the quality of information has little value to businesses. In addition, the influence of organizational factors, such as decision-making culture, has not been empirically tested together with the quality of information in the use of information by managers. By analyzing data collected from 195 medium and large textile and garment enterprises in southern Vietnam, this quantitative study points out that the information quality and the decision-making culture have positive correlations with the information usage.
