Enhancing the corporate culture towards the sustainable development of Vietnamese enterprises

In current economic activities, corporate culture is a very important element to ensure the continuous and sustainable development of economies regardless of political systems. This paper analyzes the factors that create Vietnamese corporate culture, and proposes some solutions to help businesses stand firm and integrate into the global economic development.
