Factors affecting the happiness of workers

Abstract

The existence of a company or an organization is based on three basic resources, namely human, material and financial resources. This study is to explore the factors affecting the happiness of workers. The study’s results show that if workers feel happy, they will make greater efforts towards the goals of employers, contributing to the organization development.
