Factors affecting the work motivation of employees working for the Ho Chi Minh City Finance and Investment State-owned Company

Abstract
The study aims to identify and measure the factors affecting the work motivation of employees working for the Ho Chi Minh City Finance and Investment State-owned Company (HCFIC). The study's results show that there are five factors affecting employees' work motivation at HCFIC. These factors, listed in descending order of impact, are: Income and Welfare; Working Environment and Conditions; Career Advancement and Development; Leadership; and Social Relationships. Based on these findings, several solutions are proposed to enhance the work motivation of employees working for HCFIC.
