Some innovations in the course-based Master of Business Administration program

The course-based approach in Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs poses many new training requirements to educational institutions. By analyzing the training model of Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania)’s MBA program and the training model of the National University of Singapore’s MBA program, this paper draws some lessons for the preparation of course-based MBA degree program. Accordingly, it should increase the flexibility and the practical content of the training program.
