Factors affecting the working motivation of teachers at Hong Bang International University

Entering a new stage of development, Vietnam needs to prepare resources for this new development period. The comparative advantages of Vietnam are gradually shifting from natural resources, capital, and labor to high-quality human resources. As a result, it is necessary to train and develop lecturers in order to improve the quality of students. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the work motivation of lecturers working for Hong Bang International University and emphasizes the need to improve the quality of lecturers, creating motivation for this workforce to grow in terms of quantity and quality.
