Quality of human resources in Vietnams Customs sector: Experimental research through assessment criteria

Abstract

The quality of human resources in Vietnam’s Customs sector has been evaluated in many domestic and foreign researches. It has been done by using research methods including descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multivariate regression analysis. This study measures, analyzes, and proves that the proposed research model is consistent with the original research hypothesis. The study’s results also show that each studied factor has positive impact on the quality of human resources in the Vietnam’s Customs sector through the coefficient Standardized Coefficients (b). The study sample was selected by using the random sampling method.
