The development training for design engineers at Hawee Electromechanical Joint Stock Company

Abstract
This paper clarifies the current training for design engineers at Hawee Electromechanical Joint Stock Company. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help the company develop their design engineers with professional practice and field management capabilities to meet requirements from the companys projects which involve thousands of employees from different countries.
