Proposing a model to assess the effectiveness of communication activities about healthcare services of healthcare facilities in Vietnam

Abstract

Currently, the demand for medical examination and treatment is increasing, especially the demand for post-COVID-19 treatment. Healthcare facilities are also increasingly trying to provide the best treatment services to individual customers. However, there are many different ways to effectively promote personal healthcare services. This paper proposes a model to assess the effectiveness of communication activities about the personal healthcare services of healthcare facilities in Vietnam.
