Improving the quality of civil servants working for the People's Procuracy of Bac Kan province

This study analyzes the quality improvement of civil servants working for the People's Procuracy of Bac Kan province. The study finds out that besides achievements, the People's Procuracy of Bac Kan province is facing some challenges in terms of human resource management. For example, the People's Procuracy of Bac Kan province occupational project is not scientific and suitable. The recruitment policies are not flexible. In addition, the staff training and planning activities, and the motivation policies are not innovative. Based on these findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the quality of civil servants working for the People's Procuracy of Bac Kan province.
