Evaluating the work motivation of employees working for SAMCO VINA Joint Stock Company by using the linear structural modeling (PLS-SEM)

This study evaluated the factors affecting the work motivation of employees working for SAMCO VINA Joint Stock Company. The studys data was collected from surveys of 238 employees working at the companys technical workshops and middle management departments. The linear structural modeling (PLS-SEM) was used in this study. The study found out that there are 8 factors affecting the work motivation of employees, including: (1) Interesting work; (2) Recognition; (3) Income and benefits; (4) Training and development; (5) Working environment; (6) Relationship with colleagues; (7) Direct leadership; (8) Companys brand and culture. In which, the factors of training and development, companys brand and culture have the strongest impact on the work motivation of employees.
