Abstract
This study determined the influence of psychological capital and work pressure on the turnover intention of employees working for accounting firms in Ho Chi Minh City. This study’s results show that all four psychological capital factors, namely confidence, tenacity, hope and optimism have opposite effects on the turnover intention of employees. Meanwhile, the work pressure has a positive impact on the intention to leave of employees. This study also proposes some managerial implications to help accounting firms in Ho Chi Minh City reduce the turnover intention of their employees.
