Solutions to encourage business households in Vietnam to change their business model into the company model

Abstract
Vietnam has about 5.5 million business households and most of these business establishments do not want to change their business model into the company model. The reasons for this issue are tax avoidance, unreasonable support from the Law on Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), and policies on support for very small businesses. In this paper, some solutions are proposed to encourage business households in Vietnam to change their business model.
