Factors affecting the learning motivation of Dai Nam University's students

Abstract
This paper presents the results of research on the learning motivation and the factors affecting the learning motivation of Dai Nam University's students. The study surveys 300 students who are studying at Dai Nam University with the use of convenient sampling method. The study's results show that most surveyed students have their own learning motivation. In which, the learning orientation factor has the strongest impact on the learning motivation of students. Meanwhile, the learning environment factor does not impact the learning motivation of students and the behavior of teacher factor has little impact on the learning motivation of students. This paper is expected to help school administrators have appropriate learning orientations for students to improve their learning motivation.
