Applying information technology in the provision of online public administrative services in Vietnam

Information technology is identified as a requirement as well as the most important solution to launch online public administrative services in Vietnam. Information technology plays a key role in Vietnam’s administrative modernization and reform processes. This paper presents the current application of information technology in online public administrative services. The paper also proposes some solutions to promote information technology innovations in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of public administration services.
