Abstract
Blended Learning can be effectively implemented in higher education because both learners and lecturers possess a high level of information technology competence and can easily access digital technologies. The University of Economic and Technical Industries (UNETI) has implemented the Blended Learning model for the past two years. This paper provides an overview of blended learning, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, and evaluates the implementation and outcomes of the Blended Learning model at UNETI. Based on the findings, the authors propose several solutions to further improve the effectiveness and quality of teaching and learning at the University.
