The Research Model for the Impact of Green Human Resource Management on the Business Performance of Vietnamese Enterprises

Abstract

Growing concerns over global environmental issues and the development of international environmental management standards have encouraged organizations to adopt environmental strategies and programs. Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), although first introduced in the late twentieth century, has only attracted significant attention from scholars, researchers, and business managers in recent years. It also remains a relatively new research topic in Vietnam. Based on a review of relevant literature, this study proposes a research model examining the impact of Green Human Resource Management on the business performance of Vietnamese enterprises.
