Hiệu lực của chế phẩm thuốc trừ sâu sinh học chứa azadirachtin trong phòng trừ sâu đầu đen hại dừa tại Bến Tre

Nghiên cứu tiến hành đánh giá hiệu lực trừ sâu của chế phẩm chứa hoạt chất azadirachtin đối với sâu đấu đen gây hại cây dừa tại Bến Tre. Kết quả khảo sát độc tính tiếp xúc và khả năng kháng ăn của chế phẩm chứa azadirachtin 2% trong điều kiện phòng thí nghiệm thể hiện hoạt tính tương đối tốt khi so sánh với chế phẩm Reasgant 3.6EC. Bên cạnh đó, hiệu lực trừ sâu ngoài vườn dừa của chế phẩm đạt trên 85% sau phun 7 ngày, thấp hơn so với việc sử dụng chế phẩm Reasgant 3.6EC (92%). Tuy nhiên, việc sử dụng chế phẩm không ảnh hưởng đến quá trình sinh trưởng của cây trong suốt thời gian thử nghiệm.
