Factors affecting the work motivation of employees of VNPT Ba Ria - Vung Tau

Abstract
This study examines the factors affecting the work motivation of employees of VNPT Ba Ria - Vung Tau. The study finds ouut that the factor of working conditions has the strongest impact (b = 0.534) on the work motivation of employees of VNPT Ba Ria - Vung Tau. It is followed by these following factors: suitable work (b = 0.386), brand and company culture (b = 0.385), training and promotion (b = 0.318), labor relations (b = 0.315), and income and welfare (b = 0.314). Based on the study’s results, some managerial implications are proposed to create the work motivation of employees working for the VNPT Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
