Training activities and productivity at education organizations: Theories and assessment models
Published: July 30, 2026
Abstract
Organizations always seek ways to improve their performance. They can enhance their outputs when the quantity and quality of inputs are guaranteed. From this perspective, an education organization needs to have basic inputs such as human resources, infrastructure, management qualifications, etc. to perform its functions well. This paper focuses on analyzing the relationship between training and productivity by using theoretical bases and assessment models, especially education theories and assessment models.
