Renting housing trends of students who study away from home in the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract
After nearly a year of enduring the heavy impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, entering the second semester of the 2021 - 2022 school year, universities in Ho Chi Minh City reopened to welcome students back to study in-person at schools. Students have to find their accommodation when they back to the city. Finding suitable and convenient accommodation is also an important issue to help students study with peace of mind and achieve high results. By analyzing and understanding requirements of students about their accommodation, this paper analyzes the accommodation trends of students when they rent houses. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help students and their families feel confident when studying away from home.
