Factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior of employees at Tin Phong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company

Abstract

Based on previous studies, a research model was developed in this study to determine and measure the factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior of employees in Tin Phong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. By using SPSS Statistics 20.0 to analyze a sample size of 245, the final research model has five factors, namely (1) Organizational culture, (2) Technology, (3) Reward system, (4) Trust, and (5) Learning orientation.
