Solutions to promote the knowledge sharing of direct employees at Vinacomin - Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company

Abstract
Knowledge sharing plays an increasingly important role in the sustainable development of individuals, organizations and society. For coal mining enterprises, the knowledge sharing mechanism should receive more attention because this process could improve the enterprises performance. This paper analyzes factors impacting the knowledge sharing of direct employees at Vinacomin - Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company. This paper finds out that the factors of incentive mechanisms, information technology infrastructure, belief in self-knowledge, teamwork and organizational culture all strongly influence the knowledge sharing. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to promote the knowledge sharing of direct employees at Vinacomin - Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company
