Quality control for coffee processing according to iso 22000:2018 in Vietnam

Nowadays, as the standards of living improves, consumers are more and more concerned about quality and food safety. Producers, distributors and consumers are paying more attention to products which are produced under food quality & safety management systems according to international practices. The successful application of ISO 22000:2018 in Vietnam’s coffee processing field to improve the product quality is considered the key to attract customers. It will also enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese coffee products and develop both domestic and international markets. This paper is to present methods and case studies in teaching coffee processing quality control in Vietnam’s universities.
