Factors affecting the quality of B2B relationships towards organizational effectiveness: A case study of Radio-Television Stations and partners in the Mekong Delta region

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing B2B relationship quality and their impact on organizational effectiveness in the context of Radio-Television Stations and their partners in the Mekong Delta region. Using in-depth interviews with experts from both the stations and their partner organizations, the study identifies five key factors—professional ethics, timeliness, producer expertise, product quality, and interaction—that influence organizational effectiveness through the mediating role of relationship quality, including commitment, trust, and satisfaction. The findings provide valuable managerial implications for Radio-Television Stations by helping them better understand stakeholder expectations, strengthen relationship quality, and improve organizational performance.
