Green governance adoption by small and medium-sized enterprises: Current status and influencing factors

Abstract
Amidst the challenges of climate change and growing emphasis on sustainable development, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam face mounting pressure to adopt green governance practices in their production and business operations. This study analyzes the current application of green governance among Vietnamese SMEs, identifying key factors that facilitate or hinder its implementation. Based on these findings, the study proposes practical solutions to enhance the effectiveness and adoption of green governance, supporting the sustainable growth of SMEs in Vietnam’s evolving business landscape.
