Abstract
In the context of digital transformation and the rapid advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, soft skills have become increasingly vital for the workforce. This study aims to identify the key soft skills required in the digital era, evaluate the current state of soft skills training, and propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness of training and development programs. The study emphasizes the importance of equipping workers with adaptable, future-ready competencies to meet the evolving demands of the modern labor market and contribute to the development of a high-quality human resource pool
