Applying the balanced scorecard to evaluate performance of Nhat Viet Food Joint Stock Company

Abstract

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is a strategic management tool that evaluates performance not only through financial indicators but also by considering non-financial factors. It facilitates the translation of an organization's strategic vision into specific goals and measurable outcomes across four key aspects: finance, customers, internal processes, and learning & development. This study utilizes the BSC framework to assess the performance of Nhat Viet Food Joint Stock Company over the period from 2019 to 2023. Based on this evaluation, the study provides an in-depth analysis, performance assessment, and strategic recommendations for the company’s future growth and development.
