Identifying risks in the land clearance process for transportation infrastructure projects in Hanoi City

Abstract

Land clearance is a critical component in the successful implementation of transportation infrastructure projects, particularly in large urban areas such as Hanoi. However, many projects have faced delays and cost overruns due to risks associated with the land clearance process. This study investigates the risks involved in the land clearance process for transportation infrastructure projects in Hanoi, identifying key challenges that hinder project efficiency. The findings offer valuable insights and propose practical solutions to control and mitigate these risks, aiming to improve the effectiveness of the land clearance process in the context of rapid urbanization.
