Applying artificial intelligence in small and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract
This study explores the role and potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by optimizing business processes and improving customer experiences. Drawing on both theoretical insights and practical analysis within the Vietnamese business context, the study highlights the opportunities and challenges SMEs face when adopting AI. The study concludes with strategic recommendations to help businesses effectively leverage AI technology to drive growth and competitiveness.
