Published: July 29, 2026
Abstract
This study aims to assess the influence of various factors on students’ learning attitudes at Thanh Dong University. Data were collected through a survey of 3,954 second-, third-, and fourth-year students using a convenience sampling method. The study employed Cronbach’s Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The findings identified four key factors that significantly affect students’ learning attitudes: (1) lecturers’ pedagogical competence; (2) the quality of textbooks and course content; (3) students’ intrinsic learning motivation; and (4) infrastructure and educational facilities. These results provide practical implications for university administrators to develop strategies that effectively enhance students’ motivation and learning engagement
