Impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and CSR communication on consumer purchasing behavior in supermarkets in Hanoi

Abstract

This study employs the Theory of Planned Behavior to explore the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and CSR communication on consumer purchasing behavior in supermarkets in Hanoi. The findings reveal a positive relationship between CSR and CSR communication, both of which significantly influence customer purchase decisions. By offering empirical evidence, the study underscores the importance of effective CSR communication in driving consumer behavior, providing valuable insights for supermarket managers and the public to bolster support for CSR initiatives.
