Abstract
This study evaluates the effectiveness of managing and utilizing public assets at public health service units in Hanoi. It draws on data regarding the current status of public assets at these units, as well as surveys and interviews with leaders of public health service facilities. By analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of current practices, the study proposes solutions to improve the management and utilization of public assets, aiming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public health service units in Hanoi.
