Solutions for developing high-quality human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises in Da Nang city

Abstract
This study analyzes the challenges and difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Da Nang city in developing high-quality human resources. It also proposes solutions to enhance the development of this workforce in the future. The study is grounded in human resource development theory, reports from Da Nang city authorities, and builds on recent related studies. The findings aim to provide practical recommendations for addressing the current gaps and fostering a skilled workforce to support the growth of SMEs in Da Nang.
