Abstract
This study examines the urgent need for Hanoi Nhan Dan Newspaper Printing Co., Ltd. to improve human resource (HR) quality in response to the challenges posed by globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. While the company has implemented measures such as employee training and benefits, a more comprehensive HR management strategy is essential to address the growing demand for digital skills and advanced technologies. The study advocates for integrating digital technology and artificial intelligence into HR management and recruitment processes to enhance operational efficiency, boost productivity, and sustain competitive advantage in the era of digital transformation.
