Published: July 29, 2026
Abstract
This study investigates the factors influencing human resource development in enterprises in Thai Nguyen province. A sample of 402 employees was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to examine the effects of four key factors: working environment, work motivation, recognition, and enterprise support. The findings reveal that all four factors significantly impact human resource development, with the working environment exerting the strongest influence, followed by work motivation, recognition, and enterprise support. Based on these results, the study proposes targeted solutions to enhance human resource quality, including improving the working environment, fostering motivation, increasing recognition, and strengthening enterprise support. These measures aim to not only drive sustainable business growth but also boost Thai Nguyen province's competitiveness amid economic integration and development.
