Abstract
In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and deepening international integration, the financial sector has become one of the industries most profoundly affected by technological innovation, digital transformation, and globalization. High-quality human resources therefore play a decisive role in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainable development of financial enterprises. However, Vietnam is currently facing a shortage of highly qualified professionals in the financial sector, posing a significant challenge to the industry's long-term growth and the country's socio-economic development. This paper analyzes the current situation and major challenges in developing high-quality human resources for financial companies in Vietnam. Based on these findings, it proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of human resource development, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and sustainable development of financial enterprises in the new context.
