Solutions to Improve Project Management at the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Kien Giang Province

This study evaluates the current project management practices of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Kien Giang Province. The findings reveal that, despite achieving positive results, the Board still faces several limitations in the following areas: (1) project planning; (2) procurement management; (3) project cost management; (4) project schedule management; (5) project quality management; and (6) occupational safety and environmental management. Based on these findings, the study proposes several solutions to improve the effectiveness of project management at the Construction Investment Project Management Board of Kien Giang Province, thereby enhancing the quality, progress, and efficiency of civil and industrial construction projects in the coming years.
